1095-C Electronic Consent

Under the H.R.3797 Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, MTSU is no longer required to send paper tax forms to covered individuals showing proof of minimum essential coverage (1095-C form).

This notice is to advise that your 1095-C will not be printed and mailed to you for tax year 2025.  You may choose to receive your 1095-C electronically through PipelineMT.  When you consent to receive your 1095-C electronically, you will be able to view/print your 1095-C earlier and anytime once issued by MTSU Human Resources.

To consent to electronic 1095-C form, click on Employees Link in Pipeline, then click the “Electronic Regulatory Consent” link.  You can then check the box to consent to receive the 1095-C as well as your W-2 statement, then click submit.

Individuals who do not electronically consent and need a printed 1095-C will need to complete a request form which will be located on the HRS web page on or after January 1, 2026.
