Experian Verification Fulfillment is MTSU’s verification provider!

Employees

Employees can register on the Experian Verify Employee Portal to request a verification of employment & income report or letter.

Please visit www.experianverify.com to register and login to the Employee Portal

Enter the following information:

• Access Code 294B1469
• Full Name
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Work (Preferred) or Personal Email Address

Customer Support Hours:  Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays) 9:00 am – 7:00 pm EST

All verifications will be completed online and will not be completed by phone, fax or email.  If you have any issues, please call Human Resources at 615-898-2929. 

Commercial and Third-Party Verifiers

Submit and retrieve requests by visiting www.experianverify.com

   The following information is required for a verifier to submit a request:

• Employer Name
• Employee Full Name
• Employee Full Social Security Number
• Signed Authorization by Employee (if income is requested)

Verifiers have 24/7 access to the website application.

Government / Social Service Verifiers

Please submit your request by fax at 404-829-1336 or by email to verify@experian.com

  Please include the following on your form:

• First & Last Name
• Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
• Return fax number or mailing address to the agency
